The village of Lancer, SK is hosting their Annual Chokecherry Festival and Mud Bog Competition again this year.
The day begins with a Pancake Breakfast at the Lancer Hall - 8am to 11am. Early risers can fuel up for a day packed with activities from 9am to 3pm. The Lancer Museum will be open to the public offering a glimpse into the area's rich heritage.
The Parade will march through town from 12noon to 1pm.
The Car Show & Shine will take over Sabre Street showcasing polished and pristine cars from collectors and enthusiasts starting at 1pm.
And for those seeking something a bit more rugges, the 'Mud Bog' event will be held at 1pm at the Ball Diamonds. This high-octane event is sure to draw crowds as vehicles tackle the muddy terrain in thrilling competitions.
Meanwhile, the Food Fair at Lancer Hall will begin at 1pm offering a variety of local foods and treats.
